Tim began working with Goodfaith in 2024, bringing a strong background in nonprofit strategy, education, training, and communications. He holds a degree in English and Humanities from Milligan University and a master’s in Education from East Tennessee State University.
His commitment to mission-driven work has been shaped by both professional and personal experiences—including years spent teaching in public schools and collaborating with teams focused on justice, advocacy, and community engagement. “Goodfaith gives me a space to bring together my passion for clear communication, spiritual formation, and social impact,” Tim says. “Growing up in a ministry family shaped my belief that faith should move us to action. It taught me to use my time and skills in service of the causes I care about most.”In his part-time role at Goodfaith, Tim supports communications strategy, produces content such as the In Goodfaith podcast, and helps amplify the voices and values at the heart of the organization’s mission. He also serves as a Strategy & Training Advisor at Catholic Relief Services, where he guides staff development, internal communications, and organizational change—especially in the context of shifting U.S. foreign aid priorities.
