Tim began working with Goodfaith in 2024, bringing a strong background in nonprofit strategy, education, training, and communications. He holds a degree in English and Humanities from Milligan University and a master’s in Education from East Tennessee State University.
His commitment to mission-driven work has been shaped by both professional and personal experiences—including years spent teaching in public schools and collaborating with teams focused on justice, advocacy, and community engagement. “Goodfaith gives me a space to bring together my passion for clear communication, spiritual formation, and social impact,” Tim says. “Growing up in a ministry family shaped my belief that faith should move us to action. It taught me to use my time and skills in service of the causes I care about most.” After a year of working alongside the Goodfaith team, Tim now serves as Director of Development and Communications, overseeing communications strategy, producing content such as the In Goodfaith podcast, and amplifying the voices and values that guide the organization’s mission.
