Jae began working with Goodfaith in 2025, bringing 20 years of administrative support experience, the majority of which was spent at Columbia University. After earning her degree in Urban Sociology from Lehman College, she dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector, with a strong focus on being of service to children. Harlem-raised and a former member of the Girls Choir of Harlem, Jae’s early experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for service, community, and the importance of broadening opportunities for children in every neighborhood.
Her work at Goodfaith aligns with the organization’s mission to cultivate a vibrant movement of faith in action through transformative experiences rooted in Catholic social tradition. Inspired by Goodfaith’s vision to promote an expansive and inclusive understanding of Catholic social teaching, Jae supports the effort to equip individuals, families, and communities to live out the Gospel call to service and justice. She is committed to advancing Goodfaith’s goal of exploring, applying, and expanding CST in creative ways
