Goodfaith received a $25,000 grant from TENx10 to expand our efforts to bring our Next Level process to parishes around the country. We will be using these grant funds to offer our one-day Next Level Ignite opportunities for parishes, in collaboration with their diocesan leadership. These days will provide youth, adults and ministry leaders with a space to ignite their passions to improve their communities in ways that are meaningful to the youth and their friends through innovative and empowering activities.
After participation in Next Level Ignite, Goodfaith will continue to partner with the diocese to bring our full Next Level process to interested parishes. Through our Next Level process, community transformation is accomplished through youth-led, community-wide passion projects rooted in the Catholic tradition of service and justice and our Pathways framework of:
- Protagonism
- Encounter
- Accompaniment
- Spiritual Imagination
Our Pathways provide the framework for each participant to grow in faith and discipleship. Our research has revealed the importance of these four elements in personal and community transformation.
Through Goodfaith’s facilitated processes and resources, participants will be able to:
- Serve their community through their unique talents
- Understand how God created them to lead and serve
- Be connected to a supportive team
- Grow in leadership skills
- Become a protagonist of their own faith journey
- Incorporate Catholic Social Tradition into their daily decisions
- Grow in their relationship with God and the Church
